From idea to a product people pay for
We build SaaS products that handle real customers, real money, and real growth. Multi-tenant from day one, with auth, billing, dashboards, and admin already thought through.
SaaS Product Development
Multi-tenant from the start
Every customer gets their own isolated workspace, data, and settings, all running on one codebase. We build the tenant model into the database and the app layer early, so you never have to rip it out and rebuild when account number fifty arrives.
Auth that won't bite you later
Sign-up, login, password reset, email verification, roles and permissions, team invites, and single sign-on when you need it. We wire it up properly so a customer admin can manage their own users without a support ticket.
Billing and subscriptions
Plans, trials, upgrades, downgrades, proration, failed-payment handling, and invoices. We connect a real payment provider and make sure the moment someone pays, the right features switch on. No spreadsheets, no manual access toggling.
Dashboards people actually read
The screens your customers log in to every day. We design them around the one or two things each user comes to do, with the numbers and actions up front and the clutter gone. Fast to load, clear on mobile.
Admin and back office
An internal panel for your team to see accounts, impersonate a user to debug, adjust plans, issue refunds, and pull the answers support needs. Most SaaS pain is invisible until you can't see inside your own product. We make sure you can.
Analytics you can act on
Sign-ups, activation, who's stuck, who's about to churn, which features get used. We instrument the product so you're steering with data instead of guessing, and we keep it simple enough that you'll actually check it.
How we work
From the first call to live, in weeks.
Scope
We map the core loop your customers pay for and cut everything that isn't it. You get a clear plan: the tenant model, the data shape, the screens, and what ships first. Small enough to launch, real enough to charge for.
Build
We build in short cycles with working software you can click through every week. Auth, billing, and the main workflow come first so the product is sellable early. You see progress, not status reports.
Ship
We launch it for real, with payments live, monitoring on, and a way to onboard the first customers. Then we stay close and fix what the first paying users actually hit, instead of what we guessed they would.
Where this fits
Frequently asked
How long until I can charge real customers?
Sooner than most expect. We aim for a first paying version in weeks, not quarters, by shipping the core loop with auth and billing first and adding the rest once money is coming in. The exact timeline depends on how much the product has to do on day one, and we tell you that up front.
Do you build it so it can grow, or do we rebuild later?
We build the foundations (multi-tenant data, auth, billing) properly from the start, because those are the parts that are painful to retrofit. The product features stay flexible so you can change direction based on what customers tell you, without tearing down the base.
Can you take over an existing product that's stuck?
Yes. We do this often. We read the code, find what's blocking you, and either fix the foundation or rebuild the parts that are holding the product back. You don't have to start from zero just because the first version got messy.
Who owns the code and the product?
You do. Full ownership of the code, the accounts, and the infrastructure. We build it to be handed over, documented so your own team (or your next hire) can run it without us in the loop.
Got a SaaS idea that needs to become a product?
Tell us what your customers should be able to do. We'll come back with a plan to get a paying version live.
